Cancellation = Infinity paychecks to ****s of Trilkom

I have been trying to close my account for the last 4 months now 1st 3 attempts haven't been captured by the fool who works with it and then FINALLY the last attempt was captured BUT now for some reason when it needed to end the 22nd of Feb it wasn't. No big suprize there hey. Nah just more frustrations, anger and hate.

I phoned and Online Chat them the 23rd of Feb to ask why the hell my account is still active and why did i get billed for 2 months in 1 month. The phone call ended with sorry our systems are down cant help not even a ****ING GOODBYE JUST SLAMS THE PHONE IN MY EAR. So to the online chat i had some progress but also stopped like 5 min into the chat. My Cancellation has gotten stuck God knows where and then i was issued with a new ref number which means i will PAY MORE AND HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 30 ****ING DAYS TO GET RID OF YOU MONEY HUNGRY *****ING ***S. Oh that's not even the best part i was told that my money will be "CREDITED" back into my TELKOM ACCOUNT. HOW THE **** DOES THAT WORK MY ACCOUNT WILL BE CLOSED AND THERE WILL BE CREDIT ON IT FOR ****ING WHO??????????????????????????

This is just ridiculous that a company that was once so grate to fall because of people that don't have an idea what they do and just want to ***** and bleed the people that put food on their tables........
