CANCELLATION IGNORED

I asked Telkom to cancel my landline number in February this year, and was told that I have to give 30 days notice, so on the 21st March I must check with them, as I wanted to retain my 8ta cell number, and take out another contract. I went in as told by person I dealt with, and was told it is\ in process". I went back again in early April"
