Cancellation headache...

On 18 July 2016 I took out 3 new contracts with Telkom Mobile in their East Rand Mall shop. As soon as I got home I realised something was wrong. I had no reception. One of the contracts was with a new sim number and the other two had to be ported. thinking it might be because of the numbers being ported I gave it some time. the next day I phoned customer care 081180. they assured me the numbers had been ported and is working. still my devices showed No Service. I went back to the store the 24th, still nothing worked. I got a sim swop and then it worked (relatively). I had absolutely no reception at home even though they assured me I was in an LTE zone. I cancelled all the contracts on the 27th and returned the devices, on the basis that they breached the contract. The network was tested and everything was cancelled on the 28th of August. reference ********** 0. The problem is, now they keep debiting my account for cancellation fees that was supposed to be voided. I think the service of Telkom is utterly pathetic and I shouldn't have to phone them almost every day just so they should do what they are supposed to do. There is no way to talk to anyone in Telkom that can help you. Everything has to go through 08180 and then it takes up to 21 working days to attend to your query. this is ridiculous. I’ve spent close to 3 months on this problem trying to get them to solve the issue, mean time they keep taking money, I can afford this anymore. My next step is reporting them and opening a ******** charge against Telkom.

Best regards,
I am very disgusted with Telkom... After our phone conversation on Monday 17 October I was told that I would be contacted by the accounts department not later than 48 hours... It's been a wee****
Is there anyone at Telkom who can resolve this issue for me!! Telkom has cost me over R6000 in banking penalties because they continuously try to deduct my account, for cancelation fees that is supposed to be voided.
My next step is to open a ******** charge against Telkom and take things to the Press.

And so we’re at the end of another month and Telkom has once again sent me an invoice for a cancelation fee. The fees were waved (apparently) according to a phone conversation I had with someone from “back office”. The person I spoke to is Cleo Makhubela (a billing specialist). I was told by phone and by email (on the 26th of October) that my account is R0.00 and it has been closed.
So what I then want to know is: why is Telkom billing me for another cancelation fee?
Pathetic really…
