Cancellation *****

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 4th of May 2016 notice of cancellation was sent to Telkom Ltd in accordance with paragraph 4 of the signed agreement dated 16th of June 2012 signed at Newlands; compliant with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 Section 14.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom Ltd responded only on the 31st of May with an apology for responding so late, but not confirming the cancelation. I have contacted Telkom Call Centre today, the 6th of June 2016 to be told someone will phone me to confirm the cancelation.</p> <p> </p> <p>This has not happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is also in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act as I have already cancelled my contract and do not need confirmation. This is a delay tactic.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom is hereby afforded opportunity to cancel the contract within 5 working days to avoid legal action. This case will be won as confirmed by my legal council and they would be happy to receive a cheque from Telkom Ltd for legal costs for a claim that is even less.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wake up Telkom and stop the abuse.</p> <p> </p> <p>My debit order will be cancelled at my bank and I will also hold you responsible for defamation should you *******ly blacklist me at any credit bureau. I will further hold you responsible for damages should I be declined any opportunity based on your ******* listing.</p>
