Cancellation fee

I cannot get a simple answer to a question that i raised almost 2 months ago, Whenever i call i get transferred from one department to another with everyone passing the buck. All need to know is what my cancellation fee is going to be should i decide to terminate my contract before it expires, even visiting a telkom store is a headache, <br> The consultant at one of your branches indicated that the fee would be what i owe for the rest of the contract without even checking your systems, That cannot be correct taking into consideration that more than 60% of my contract period has passed and taking into account the CPA where it clearly states a REASONABLE cancellation fee may be app****.
