Cancellation

I have been trying to cancel my sim card contract for about 2 weeks ago however I haven't received any updates or feedback from them. I keep calling them everyday but without any luck and they keep telling me that I called the incorrect department. And when I call I hold for more than 1 hour this is so frustrating I never wanna do business with them ever again. My case number is ***4
