Cancellation does not happen in Telkom

I phoned held on for more than 20 min 10213 press 9 to cancel no consultant talks to you press 10210 we know off duty

I get an sms to say its canceled on the 4th of June giving me a case number I phone I ask the consultant transfer me sorry we do sells

How do cancel after 27yrs they don't have you on data you to old secondly you don't have a PC and nor the router number as per telkom is off landline does not work

you have a case number you challenge you to send an email as they say npa that I also got told to do

must I refuse to pay until you contact me or can you maybe contact me
