CANCELLATION DISASTER!

Horrible service. Cancelled my telkom line and telkom kept billing me for 3 months in a row after cancellation. Was in contact with them every month. No refference on phone calls provided. After numerous long phone calls telkom apologize and told me they will rectify. 6 months later my account is handed over to debt collectors and warned about adverse listing and demand that I pay the outstanding amount for the 3 months after cancellation to remove my listing. *********** staff not knowing what to do and not doing their job at all resulted in myself being treated unfairly.

Much better providers where you don't need a telkom line for internet or phone calls.
