Cancellation Dept bad customer service

So yesterday I called Telkom Cancellation Dept not to renew my contract on end date. Lady I spoke to seem to understand my request , we spoke at length and she told me the service will cease on 24 Nov but I will remain on prepaid which was fine by me. Call disconnected and I hoped she will call back she didn't but due to most of the conversation and concerns address I paid that no mind. I noticed that after my call with her I was having network problems till I decided to find out what the problem was today. I was told my number was deleted from the network. This wasn't my request as I had asked to remain on prepaid on the agreed date! I want my number back
