Cancellation department? Does anyone work there?

<p>Virtually every month this year, I have had to log a call to get my Telkom line fixed. I was very patient with Telkom until last week when my line was down for a whole week. I finally decided that I had had enough so I decided to cancel my line. Their website said to email *** or go into a store. Firstly I emailed the address and got a. Automated message. I then tried to follow up on the cancellation to make sure it is being processed and neither the sales nor technical contacts on 10210 can either check or put me through to the cancellation team. In desperation I went to a Telkom store where they told me that they couldn't check either. I guess that when you give terrible service, the best way to keep customers is to make it impossible for them to cancel their service!</p>
