CANCELLATION

Good day, I called Lerato Nechandama on the 25.09.2020 at 12:00 pm. I needed Lerato to cancel my contract when my contract with MiWAy ends. She told me that she cannot do that as i have to call again on the 3rd. It is difficult to do that as i do not have the time. I asked her to diarize so that i may serve my notive from the 3October as she advised and she said it is impossisble. What i need Telkom to so is make sure that my contract is closed on the 24th month and you do not debit my account further.
