Cancellation

Please cancel my fibre contract. This on and off is the **** service am I not gonna pay for. It's almost 2 weeks and none of your techs at the shop or online can help. All that can be said is that its escalated but until when? Just cancel and don't U dare talk about penalties as this I have brought to your attention so many times
