CANCELLATION ACC *** - THE WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT TAKE A CONTRACT WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Telkom Mobile. I have cancelled my account with them NUMEROUS time via telephone and via Email, and they still bill me every month - they are ruining my credit score. Every time I phone no one assists me. I also can not cancel on the customer portal now that the account is in arrears because why should I pay for a service that I clearly cancelled and have proof that I did cancel????
