Cancellation

I was given incorrect information that I can cancel my contract on the 3rd of December only to find out that I need to put in a cancellation request first then only after 30day will it be cancelled.Spoke to some on chat 3 time and it got disconnected,So I have to stay with telkom for another 30 days before its cancelled.So annoyed
