Cancellation

i no longer have insurance or contract with Telkom, since 2022, however i was being hounded into paying for insurance that i cancelled and did not need, just learned that i was handed over to the debt collectors. upon calling telkom to get an explanation they could not explain when and how they provided their services to me post contract, only explanation they came up with was that i owe insurance, from my understanding insurance is on a month to month basis, and they have confirmed i do not owe them. Telkom is making me pay for NOTHING which is utterly Ridiculous..
