Cancellation!!!

Sell Direct contacted me with a contract, I took the contract but the contract was done on a incorrect number, I contacted Telkom to correct the contract number, after a long wait, Telkom contacted me back and corrected the number, but then the contract was incorrect and i informed them, they informed i can either cancel the contract and Sell Direct will come and collect the phone or keep the phone and contract, i informed them i would like to cancel the contract, Sell Direct picked up the phone on the 20th of March 2020, and the contract was suppose to be cancelled, the contract was not cancelled for some reason threw Telkom and Sell Direct, I tried calling, emailing to cancel the contract, Sell Direct informed me that phone is back at there warehouse and send threw the cancellation to Telkom. I am still paying for the phone and contract, I cancelled the contract online, but no Telkom is informing me I am still liable for the contract after they did the contract on the incorrect number and contract, I will like a refund and cancellation of the contract.
