cancellation

Finally my query resolved for the past four months contract not cancelled, no installation done and I was send left right and centre. I was always told by Telkom in Parow someone will call me . I went to Telkom in Kenilworth yesterday and was assisted by Qaasim Town he then checked everything on the system but could not find my information. He made a call for me and I spoke to one of the Telkom customer service agent and finally resolved the problem. Thank you Qaasim my brother for the excellent service may the other consultant in Parow branch give the same service that you gave me to other customers. YOU ARE A TELKOM AMBASSADOR AND MAY GOD BLESS YOU.
