Cancellation

I'm sick and tired of listening to your voice prompt which doesn't assist with my query. I want to cancel my contract subscription ending next month,I wanted to upgrade however with this pathetic service for the passed 2 months they debit religiously and 2 weeks later account suspended , my calls getting dropped as soon as I asked why debit more . Telkom service is nonsense.
