Cancellation, 4 month mess!!!!

We have been unsuccessful in trying to cancel our LTE contract since APRIL 2020. We requested to have it cancelled on APRIL the 20th. To which we received cancellation ***, as being LOGGED !! After this we STILL Paid for our service in MAY 2020. Yet Telkom has been billing us for June and July and surely for August as well! When we spoke to Lindiwe Constan - Email Malindlctelkom.co.za she noted that they tried to call us, and that apparently we Want to cancel our Fiber, but keep our Landline because we moved. Here is the thing though! 1. NO ONE Called us 2. WE DID NOT RELOCATE 3. We did not have ADSL we have LTE 4. We do not nor have EVER had a Telkom Line?? 5. We DO NOT have TELKOM FIBER!!!!!!! Therefore whoever updated the details on their system, **** or messed up accounts.

We do not need to be billed for a service that 1. We requested to cancel in APRIL and got a ref for that its been logged for cancellation. 2. We PAID for MAY 2020 even though we wanted to cancel 3. I logged into the router on the 16th of JULY and it states we have used 0mbps since APRIL 2020 when we decided to cancel, even though we paid for MAY we did not use the service in MAY!!

We have said we are happy to pay for the penalty fee for cancellation !!! We paid for MAY 2020. We will not be held responsible for June, July and August when CLEARLY our request to cancel was received in APRIL

NO ONE contacted us, so who decided to update utter nonsense onto our contact, saying we have services we dont, that we moved and all this nonsense???

WHO decided to continue our service even though we requested to cancel??

I have emailed, I have called, but no one ever gets back to me. NEVER!!!

I stayed on the phone for 20min today , 21/07/2020 and NO ONE answered. SHOCKER.

People keep saying they have forwarded our query, and no one gets back to us.

What kind of business is this?? Today we got an email to say that the query was sent to ***

Guys , seriously!! Contact me, cancel this, Bill me the Penalty and stay away from us forever!!
