Cancellation

<p>One of my contracts end on the 19-12-2016. I was requested by Ntombi Ntsindelo that I should complete request a month in advance. On the 19-12-2016 I sent an email ********** ********** with the attached cancellation form. I am still awaiting feedback in this regard with the cancellation as none of your call center agents can see any cancellation on the system. I request a confirmation email be sent to me in regards to the cancellation.</p>
