Cancellation

<p>I have been waiting 3 months for a cancellation #REF ********** 6, everytime you call or go into a store they say its going to be escalated and then there is never a reply. I am almost at the point of stopping all my debit oders until this is resolved but knowing Telkom they will black list you in a heart beat. Can someone please help!!!</p>
