Cancellation

Hello Peter I have been trying to cancel my contract with telkom for the past 2 months and all I get is reference numbers and emails that someone will contact me. when I call in they promise me that it will be escalated to their retention department. what is it that is going on at Telkom? is this an organised ponzi scheme? Surely this must be *******.
