CANCELLATION!!!

Canceled my house line since December and still getting calls to pay When I enquire they say my line not canceled as yet and when I send proof they don't follow up And now I got a letter that they'll send my name to the credit bureau This is just another new issue with telkom besides All the others I had when I was with them
