To whom it may concern

Kindly cancel my contract because your online cancellation process is not working and I've been debited twice after I was supposed to get a call confirming the cancellation was processed.

This is ridiculous, I can't be paying for something I don't want.

Here is a case number the first case number to log this request ********** 0 and here is another case number for you to do your job ********** 7 and get this contract terminated.
