Cancellation

This is really sad. The service I have been receiving at Telkom it's so bad.

I have been paying them well but for them to treat me sooo bad I can't explain.

Been in communication with Jewel Fynn at CSR-Customer Services Telkom via email to cancel my contract been no joy or what so ever from Telkom.

Can anyone advice what must I do to get my contract cancelled with Telkom because I am really tired.

Why must I continue paying them my money by force.

I am asking for advice anyone.
