Hi My prepaid SIM card is missing/****** and went to Telkom and was told it would take 30 days to cancel. Now please tell me what do I do if in these 30 days that simcard gets used for something ******* I'll get into trouble. Why does it take so long to cancel?

Please be advised that you need to make a sim swap , you don't have to cancel the sim card. Please note that sim swap is done at Telkom store .
