Cancellation

Been on the call for 30 mins with Thato. He put me on hold for 25 mins just to get a reference number for my cancellation. No reference and he ended up dropping the call. Absolutely appalling customer service. I want this contract to be cancelled and a refund on my airtime wasted. Thato needs to be trained on customer service ethics.
