Cancellation 16 months later still pending...

Good day, it's been 16 months straight dealing with 1 matter of "cancelling all services except the mailbox", this has gone to this dept, has been escalated, 10's of thousands paid due to this and that, and incorrect billing etc. Now we must pay 4k AGAIN? Even though the last 3.3k was said it will be credited due to yellow pages making the mistake. I've called, emailed and spoken to so many people but somehow here we are in 2022 with a cancellation initially dated 09/2020. COME ON!! I've been calm but COME ON NOW!
