Cancellation

I bought p40 on the 06/10/2020 on contract, only to find that it does not support the authenticator application, my dstv app I then voiced my concern with the agent as I need the authenticator for work purposes, I opted to change the device to Samsung A31 because it supports the application I need for work. Today the agent called me with feeedback that I cannot exchange the phone, how can I be expected to use a phone that does not support my work?

I am not happy at all, I want to cancel my contract with telkom and return the P40 HUAWEI

I have rights as a customer and I wont be bull**** on using a phone thats not meeting my daily needs
