CANCELL MY CONTRACT ALREADY!!!

<p> I am already livid about the fact that I was misled into a contract I was NOT signing up for. Not only was I told that the device (router) was free as a "special promotion" at the Pavilion branch, but als I somewho signed up for a 24-month contract, when I explicitly stipulated that would not suit me, as someone who would not be in the country more than a year. Thank you Vernon at Pavilion shopping mall for that.</p> <p><br />NOW all I want is OUT of this contract I was duped into...and lo and behold Telkom has not been able to cancel it. More than a month and I have not heard back from anyone there. CANCEL MY CONTRACT. REFUND ME FOR THE TWO MONTHS THAT I HAVE NO LONGER BEEN USING THIS!!!</p> <p>Also thank you Vernon for further delaying this process by not responding to emails, and adding to my anger by quoting me a very inaccurate "penalty" fee. Definition of unprofessional - at least you're CONSISTENT in your unprofessionalism.</p> <p>I should have listened to people advising me NOT to go with Telkom.</p>
