Canceling Telkom a nightmare!

I have tried cancelling my telkom adsl contract since February. I sent cancellation emails, letter, Twitter, etc , telkom even called to say they would cancel . It’s now end of October still not cancelled and getting billed. This is so frustrating, no one helps, just cancel the contract!!!
