Canceling my Telkom Line & DSL Line. Nothing happening.

<p>I dont know where and what to do anymore,</p> <p>I have tried for the last few months (since FEB) to stop my telkom line and DSL line on my account.</p> <p>I have went to telkom Multiple times! To CANCEL my line and DSL package, but nothing comes from it.</p> <p>I have Submitted Documents ********** they repsonded with a message saying that someone will come back to me, BUT NOTHING HAPPENDS! This has been going on for 2 LONG!</p> <p>And every month they send me a Bill... And If I dont pay it, I get a Negative mark against my name!</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to get this done and over with!</p>
