canceling contract

i find that telkom want us to pay the full cost and pentalties for canceling contracts , like why i would like to pay you guys in full and get somthng else somewhere else service is poor and wen theres loadsheding theres no network at all.

why do you guys charge us all the charges we wouldve paid and more to cancel a contract is like you forcing us to stay with you guys i would like to request a settlement without data cost only cost of devices that is owed
