Canceling a Telkom contract is worse than going through a messy divorce!

I have been trying to cancel my contract with Telkom for the last week and still haven't received any help from your consultants!

Was transferred around and wasted my airtime on so many calls and when I finally got to the dept that can help, I was told by a consultant by the name of Babalo Poswa that the system was down but that he'd call me back when it was up and running, its been a week later and still no call back. The customer service is pathetic. Once this contract is cancelled, I will never take anything with Telkom again and I'll be sure to spread the word.
