Canceling a Telkom contract is like watching paint dry!!

I tried cancelling my contract on my profile online and the site does not work, i can not view my accounts when selecting to cancel. Walked into a store to cancel this past weekend. I was told that i need to do this online. So i am stuck now because i cant get do what i need to. On a call with telkom now, its taking a lifetime....
