Canceled the canceled line.

I had a line with Telkom last year, I canceled that line, and still paid in, and was in credit with them for months. Then in April my line was activated somehow, and they started charging me R629 odd for the line again. Now I have been handed over to debt collectors for a line at an address where I don't live anymore, I don't even live in the same city anymore. So they cancel the line, then 5 months later start charging me again. I will not pay a cent to Telkom. They need to sort this mess out! Someone is using this line, at this property, on my name. This is very upsetting!!!!!
