Canceled subscription their own miss communication

Telkom is the worst, the keep telling me I am die for an upgrade when I phone to say I do not want an upgrade they canceled my subscription, I phoned again which they claim that everything was canceled and that I need to open a new contract but they stopped my nuumber totally I do not receive any data but they want me to pay, no they say it was a miscommunication from their side but still not fix it. But they want payment. Worst service provider ever telkom sucks, I will not recommend them to anyone
