canceled order

I had canceled my Telkom order of an iPhone numerous times and also went to the store to cancel it, I was told that it was canceled, however, I found out they had handed me over to debt collectors for collection. I canceled and they continued debiting from my account over and over, I don't know how to deal with this problem.
