Canceled my ADSL line earlier than instructed

Last month I instructed to terminate my landline and ADSL on the 17th of December 2018. Instead, they canceled it on the 17th of November 2018. Yesterday I phoned the appropriate number to ask them to reactivate my line and only cancel it in the middle of December 2018. They said it would be up before 13h00 yesterday and that I would get a call to confirm. It never happened. My instructions were very clear from the beginning, yet they cannot follow simple instructions, create expectations they can't keep.
