canceled line still being charged, reported to credit bureaus

We canceled our line at the end of last year. You have continued to bill us. When debt collectors came, we paid the R1300 you were asking because we were afraid of affecting our credit rating. STILL YOU CONTINUED TO BILL US@!!! Now, you have reported us to credit bureaus even though you confirm the line is canceled. WHAT THE F*#(&y(@ ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO????
