Canceled land line

How long will it take Telkim to cancel a land line??? I have canceled my land line over a year ago online as I was instructed. It was never canceled. I have send emails with the mail Telkim self send me to cansel the line. Now Telkom handed me over. Telkom please sort your **** out!!!!!
