canceled contract in June. stil have to pay

i had a Telkom mobile contract. i cancelled it in June2015. In July another debit order went off. so When I went to Bloemfontein to a Telkom store. Cancelled it once again. this morning I woke up and another debit order went off. i try to phone the Call centre.....No answer! i want my money back! And I want to cancel this stupid contract!!!
