CANCELED CONTRACT BUT STILL PAYING

<p>I have canceled my wifi router contract with Telkom in May and I am still paying... After I filled cancelation forms in their shop, called twice and talked to an operator twice,emailed the cancelation form twice and still I am paying. The operater said that "someone" will phone me after 21 days to proceed with the cancelation and up until now,no phone call received. I got an sms with a link and I followed the link. There is a number for cancelations wich I phoned 10 times and only got through after several calls. The operater gave me an email adress to email my form to and I did it. I emailed it for a second time after my debit order went off and phoned again to cancel,but still they have not canceled my contract. The debit order went off again this month</p>
