Canceled contract

I don't know what to do anymore. I have made more than 6 if not 10 calls to telkom after they canceled my contract and reinstated it after fighting with agents. I was told everything is back to normal only for me to get smses and emails saying i owe them. They have handed me over to their debt collector now i am being harassed by calls. I even spoke to a manager who promised me that the account was reinstated. Everytime i call the advisors shout at me and don't listen to the reason. Why i called. I have had calls dropped or sent to the que without any help.
