canceled account which keeps cropping up

i previously wrote to Hello Peter about the Telkom data account which i closed in March 2015 but keep on getting statements which increase every month. i sent numerous emails to Telkom with regards to the closure of my account and had back and forth calls to no avail. i am really tired of getting smss of demands since i haven't used their service since Feb 2015 due to poor service. they even sent a technical specialist to come test the signal which he determined to be poor. <br> <br> i would like Telkom to stop bugging me with the service they are not rendering. their records should show that i haven't used their service since Feb 2015. one agent of theirs called to say they will send someone to collect their router which has never happened.<br> <br> please help
