Cancelation that goes on for months

Cancelation with you guys is the worst. I canceled the contract in July, received the statement of final payment of which I paid for in August. Now when I requested for a paid up letter I could not get it due to outstanding amount for may. Fine I paid for it in September and now there is a fee on top. Like I called countless times and this was not mentioned to me I could have paid all this this month but u guys just keep delaying. **** you guys annoy the living daylights out of me. I'm sure there will be another amount that will come from thin air and I will still owe you guys. Ai you don't deserve customers all
