Cancelation request not auctioned for 5 months and being charged additional R1200 for a 1GB Sim

Beyond disgusted with the contract cancelation service I got with Telkom, I requested a contract cancelation in March 2020,since lock down started, but instead of that some ***** decided to upgrade my contract from free Me 1GB to Free Me 1GB, and charge me R1200 for that upgrade instead of canceling the contract, I have been calling every month to check the status of the cancelation, instead I keep of incurring additional charges which I don't know how telkom charges me those amount, thus impacting my budget even worse after the main reason for me canceling the contract and as to reduce costs. I want the *********** person who does this to this account to be investigated and I want my refund
