Cancelation request issues

I am really frustrated with Telkom right now. I have been trying to cancel my contract with them for the past 5 days, I have called and tried the self service WhatsApp option and nothing. I a either put on hold for over 30minutes or redirected to different people who cannot help me. So dissapointed beyond belief and really considering canceling all my contracts.
