Cancelation request ignored for months!

Telkom has not cancelled my account since my request in December 2017! I had taken out a Month-to-Month 20G LTE data bundle contract (sim only) 3 years ago, and recently upgraded to fibre, thus I do not need the data sim any more. I sent my first cancellation letter/email to the cancellations email address telkom has on the 19th December 2017. Apparently cancellations take 21 working days to be processed. In January I had an un easy feeling my email would be ignored so just be safe, i went into a telkom store in Pinetown and re filled in the cancellation form and submitted JUST TO MAKE SURE, as you never know with Telkom. Heard so many bad stories from friends. I then got invoiced in January, for something i am not using and STILL no feedback from Telkom, and blow me down I get invoiced again for Feb. So for the whole month of Feb, I made a point in phoning Telkom every week to follow up on my cancellation. Each time the consultant says she cant see anything, but will put my case forward. I even emailed my cancellation for again to Xolile Sipho Zungu who promised to sort it out. I then started reversing their debit orders, and for that i got charged a R200 penalty. So today 3 march, I get invoiced in AGAIN for March plus Feb plus a debt order cancellation fine. So fed up, can they please just cancel my account!

Thanks Noleen. Where and how do I follow up on this? Is this reference number you given me a formal telkom case number?
