CANCELATION REQUEST

I have been multiple times into the Telkom stores to request cancelation for the ****ty wifi I have been receiving from Telkom for the past 2 years. The service is appalling. When calling into the call center they tell you that you have to cancel online.

For the past month I have been trying to cancel it online it keeps giving an unexpected error.

I demand someone contact me to assist with my cancelation. You would be damned if come next month and I pay another cent to Telkom.

GET THIS SORTED ASAP or I will take this matter further to the Ombud!!!!!!!!
